Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after confirmation and successful payment.

The estimated delivery timeline is 10–15 days from the date the order is placed, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared using the contact information provided with your order.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery.

If an order is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you regarding the available next steps and any applicable re-shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect or missing product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photographs or video where available. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
