This website is operated under the brand name Biniko by VJ Infracon, a sole proprietorship. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our published store policies.

Products

Biniko sells brass jewellery and fashion jewellery. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, colours and dimensions. Minor visual differences may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, offers and product availability may change. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed as required and displayed during checkout.

If an order is affected by a material listing or pricing error, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the order and issue any applicable refund.

Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, payment issues or suspected fraud. Any payment collected for an order cancelled by us will be refunded as applicable.

Biniko accepts prepaid orders only. Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within India. The estimated delivery timeline is 10–15 days from the date the order is placed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details and any applicable shipping charges.

Returns and Refunds

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Damaged, defective or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Jewellery Care

Brass may naturally change colour or develop patina over time. We recommend keeping jewellery away from water, perfume, cosmetics and harsh chemicals and storing it in a dry place.

Natural changes alone do not establish a manufacturing defect. Genuine defects and products materially different from their descriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Biniko name, logo, original product photographs, text and other website content may not be copied or commercially used without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.
